+  - Make sure pump is connected to correct vacuum chamber. One chamber is for PDMS only.
+  - Place sample in chamber
+  - Set valve to VACUUM
+  - Turn timer to desired time
+  - Wait
+  - After time has elapsed set valve to OPEN
+  - Wait for chamber pressure to equalize
+  - Remove sample
