+Marcos is a 3rd year Mechanical Engineering student at UC Santa Barbara specializing in design and controls. On campus, he is part of the Gaucho Rocket design team. His interests include mechanical design and aerospace applications, and he hopes to continue applying his skills through research and industry experience.

+Outside of academics, Marcos enjoys fishing, playing soccer, and eating good food. He also enjoys hands-on hobbies that involve mechanics and problem-solving (and believes he may have caught the world’s smallest halibut).

+Noelia is 3rd year Mechanical Engineering major at UC Santa Barbara. She’s involved with Los Ingenieros, Pages For Individuals in Prison, and is currently training to lead trips for UCSB’s Adventure Program. Noelia is interested in studying biomimetics as she’s fascinated by nature, or specializing in medical machinery, as she’s always been curious about working alongside medicine.
