Vacuum Chamber Training SOP

The vacuum chamber is located in the microfluidics wing next to the spin coater in Elings Hall 3430.

1. Make sure pump is connected to correct vacuum chamber. One chamber is for PDMS only.
2. Place sample in chamber
3. Set valve to VACUUM
4. Turn timer to desired time
5. Wait
6. After time has elapsed set valve to OPEN
7. Wait for chamber pressure to equalize
8. Remove sample
