====== Vacuum Chamber Training SOP ======

===== Location =====
The vacuum chamber is located in the microfluidics wing next to the spin coater in Elings Hall 3430. 

===== Operating Procedures =====
  - Make sure pump is connected to correct vacuum chamber. One chamber is for PDMS only. 
  - Place sample in chamber 
  - Set valve to VACUUM
  - Turn timer to desired time 
  - Wait
  - After time has elapsed set valve to OPEN
  - Wait for chamber pressure to equalize
  - Remove sample
